- The Startup Plan is ideal for small businesses looking to start using AI chatbot capabilities at a reasonable price. Based on this, if you need more advanced features, you can try Pro Plan.
- The Growth Plan is the most popular and the best value for money option for businesses looking to leverage AI to significantly improve sales and customer service, with some added benefits such as removing the "powered by VanChat" brand to increase your brand benefits.
- The Scale Plan demonstrates the highest AI capabilities.
Note:
- Free Trial Period:
- Subscribing to a plan initiates a 14-day free trial period during which you will not be charged. Credits used during the trial period are cumulative, and the billing cycle will not change after the trial ends.
- Welcome Bonus:
- After you start 14-Day Free Trial, there will be 100 Welcome Bonus waiting for you. The Welcome Bonus is permanent and will be used first before any other credits. Functionality, it is no different from GPT Replies.
Understanding Subscription Periods:
For each plan, you will receive a 14-day free trial and can choose to subscribe on either a monthly or annual basis.
- Monthly Subscription: Renews every month on the same date you originally subscribed to.
- Annual Subscription: Renews annually on the subscription date. Additionally, we give you 2 months free!

Want to change a Plan based on your business growth?
You can opt in to your subscription via Manage Plan. Not only can you view the details of your current plan directly from SaaS, but you can also upgrade or downgrade your plan according to your business needs.
- Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:
- Choose a new plan from the available options apart from your current one.
- Note: Plan changes are effective immediately, and your billing cycle will reset. This means your credits will also reset according to the new plan limits.
Cancel Your Subscription:
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to the "Account" section and click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
- Note: Your current plan will also be unsubscribe with immediate effect.
Example Scenario
Upgrading from Pro to Growth Plan:
- Scenario: On the Pro plan ($99/month) and decide to upgrade to the Growth plan ($249/month) with promo code.
Cancel the Subscription: - Scenario: Decide to unsubscribe the current plan.
