Manage VanChat account

Managing your VanChat account is straightforward with the options available on your dashboard. Here’s how to view usage, manage plans, and train your chatbot:

Viewing Chatbot Usage

1. Login to Your VanChat Account Dashboard
   1. Open your web browser and go to VanChat.io.
   2. Click on the Login button and enter your email address and OTP to access your dashboard.

1. View Current Plan
   1. On your dashboard, click on the current plan displayed.
   2. Here, you can see the chatbot usage details.

Managing Plans

1. Access Plan Management
   1. Click on the current plan displayed on your dashboard.
   2. Select Manage Plan from the dropdown menu.

1. View Available Plans
   1. You will see a list of all available plans.
   2. Each plan includes information on the maximum number of members that can manage the VanChat account.

1. Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
   1. To change your plan, select the desired plan.
   2. Click on the Start 14-Day Free Trial button to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Training Your Chatbot

1. Access Knowledgebase Section
   1. Navigate to the Knowledgebase section on your dashboard.

1. Upload Training Data
   1. In the Knowledgebase section, you can upload files containing questions and answers.
   2. Alternatively, you can use links as a data source to train your chatbot.
