Managing your VanChat account is straightforward with the options available on your dashboard. Here’s how to view usage, manage plans, and train your chatbot:
Viewing Chatbot Usage
- Login to Your VanChat Account Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to VanChat.io.
- Click on the Login button and enter your email address and OTP to access your dashboard.
- View Current Plan
- On your dashboard, click on the current plan displayed.
- Here, you can see the chatbot usage details.
Managing Plans
- Access Plan Management
- Click on the current plan displayed on your dashboard.
- Select Manage Plan from the dropdown menu.
- View Available Plans
- You will see a list of all available plans.
- Each plan includes information on the maximum number of members that can manage the VanChat account.
- Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
- To change your plan, select the desired plan.
- Click on the Start 14-Day Free Trial button to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Training Your Chatbot
- Access Knowledgebase Section
- Navigate to the Knowledgebase section on your dashboard.
- Upload Training Data
- In the Knowledgebase section, you can upload files containing questions and answers.
- Alternatively, you can use links as a data source to train your chatbot.
