Start Collecting Leads

Collecting leads is designed to help businesses gather valuable customer information, such as email addresses and phone numbers. This information is useful for building a robust customer database, enabling targeted marketing campaigns, and increasing the chances of converting some of those leads into paying customers. The collected information will be displayed on the Dashboard page, and you can use this information for purposes such as email campaigns and SMS promotions.

Where can Use Collecting Leads?


The Collecting Leads feature is versatile, and here are the three main scenarios in which this feature is used:

  1. Chatbot Conversations: The "Collect Leads" function here is used while users are interacting with a chatbot, and they can be prompted to provide their contact information after a certain number of dialogue turns or after a fixed duration.Follow Widget Customize > Behavior > Collect Leads to set:

  • Here you can write a description to convey the purposeof collecting users' information, and set the timing for the Leads collection messages to popup. Also, select the information type you want to collect based on your business situation. There are multiple selections.

  1. Leads Collection in Proactive Sales (Within Coupon): If you set up the Coupon in the "Proactive Sales", you can add a Leads Collection directly after the Coupon. If you haven't set Proactive Sales, please go to Help Center3: Proactive sales for details.

During proactive sales, such as when offering a discount through a coupon pop-up, the Collecting Leads feature can be used to capture leads before allowing users to claim the coupon.

How to check Leads Collection results?


View and Export Collected Leads:Once leads are collected, you can view them on the Dashboard under the Leads section.

  • You have the option to export this data in various formats such as PDF, Excel, JSON, or CSV.
