Configuring Agent Contact Options
- Login to Your VanChat Account Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to VanChat.io.
- Click on the Login button and enter your email address and OTP to access your dashboard.
- Access Store & Products
- In the dashboard, click on Store & Products in the navigation bar on the left side.
- Configure Agent Contact Methods
- Click on Contact within the Store & Products section.
- Here, you can configure the different methods through which users can reach a VanChat agent.
- Add a Contact Method (e.g., WhatsApp)
- To add a method like WhatsApp, select the country, enter the agent’s phone number, and then click on the Save button.
Once configured, these contact options will be displayed to users when they need to speak to an agent. Users will be able to see and select the available means, such as WhatsApp, to connect with a VanChat agent directly.This setup ensures that users can seamlessly transition from interacting with the chatbot to speaking with a live agent for more tailored support.
