Chat with a Customer Representative
- Login to Your VanChat Account Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to VanChat.io.
- Click on the Login button and enter your email address and OTP to access your dashboard.
- Access Customer Support Chat
- On your dashboard, locate the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click on this icon to start a chat with a customer representative.
Access Help & Support
- On the bottom left corner of your dashboard, find the "Help & Support" text.
- Hover over the "Help & Support" text to view the different kinds of support offered based on your subscription plan.
The support options displayed will vary depending on the plan you are subscribed to, providing you with the resources and assistance tailored to your plan.
