VanChat.io Account Creation and Login Guide

Welcome to VanChat! Follow these simple steps to create your account and access your dashboard.

Creating an Account

1. Visit the Website

- Open your web browser and go to VanChat.

1. Get Started

- Click on the Get Started button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

1. Enter Your Email Address

• You will be prompted to input your email address.
• After entering your email, click the Send OTP button. This will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your email address.

1. Verify OTP

• Check your email for the OTP.
• Agree to the Services Agreement and Privacy Policy by checking the box.
• Enter the OTP in the provided field and click Next.

1. Install VanChat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

• You will be directed to the Shopify Store.
• Search for and install the VanChat AI Chatbot & Live Chat app.

1. Access Your Dashboard

• After the installation is complete, click on the Open button.
• You will now have access to your VanChat.io dashboard.

Logging In

To log in to your VanChat.io account in the future, simply:

1.Visit [VanChat.io](https://vanchat.io)

2.Click on the Login button

3.Enter your email address and the OTP sent to your email

4.Click Next

You will be directed to your VanChat.io dashboard.
