Testing Your Chatbot
- Login to Your VanChat Account Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to VanChat.io.
- Click on the Login button and enter your email address and OTP to access your dashboard.
- Access the Test Feature
- On your dashboard, locate and click on the Test your ChatBot button.
- Interact with Your Chatbot
- A chat window will open, allowing you to interact with your chatbot.
- You can ask questions and test various scenarios to see how your chatbot responds.
This testing feature helps you verify that your chatbot is providing accurate and helpful responses before going live.
